Tom Morrison worked for various fortune 500 transportation companies spanning from the late 1970's-early 1990's working in positions of operations and sales for a total of 17 years. In 1994, he left that industry and started his own ceramic tile sales/installation company under Morrison Ceramic Tile. He worked for various industries and as a sub-contractor to general contractors on higher end ceramic installs. In 2002, while still operated his thriving tile business, he bought and sold various homes that needed upgraded.
In 2005, he built his first specification (SPEC) home and merged his tile business into this new venture; it was well received by clients and realtors and he continued to grow from that time, including during the 'great recession' until today, building homes from the $160K-$1M range. He has many referral and repeat clients to this day.
